Warm Welcome to Rex Ferati - Our New Program Coordinator!

We are thrilled to extend a warm welcome to Redzep Ferati (Rex), who has rejoined the Schulich School of Business as our Program Coordinator, supporting the Arts & Media Administration. 

 

Originally hailing from Kosovo and having grown up in Germany and North America, Rex’s professional background includes having worked as a chef in Atlanta for four years, management roles at Petro Canada for three years, and Immigration and Refugee services in Canada for another three years. Rex has spent the past nine years at York University, serving in multiple roles, including the position of Administrative Coordinator at Economics, LAPS and Economics Area at Schulich School of Business.

 

Beyond his professional achievements, Rex is fluent in German and Albanian. He is an avid enthusiast of gastronomy, enjoys socializing, and has a passion for travel and entertaining. He is not only a competitive volleyball player but also a dedicated member of the International Folk Dance group in Toronto, showcasing his love for the art of dance. Rex also holds the role of Vice President for the Albanian Canadian Community Association, demonstrating a decade-long involvement.
